Repairs and maintenance
Working together for a better home
Your home should be comfortable, safe, and well-maintained. We need you to report all concerns, damages or repairs that need attention as soon as you discover it. Its is always better too report something too early than too late. Small problems can become big, expensive problems when they are ignored. Our information card below explains everything you need to know about reporting issues, and timeframes. For more information on repairs & maintenance please click the link here
Property and asset inspections
Property inspections will be conducted at least two times throughout the year by your Tenancy Manager. The purpose of these inspections are to ensure the property is maintained properly, to meet insurance obligations and to foster communication and relationship between landlord and tenants.
Asset inspections will be conducted once a year by your Asset Manager. The purpose of this inspection is to assess the structural integrity of the property to allow for long term maintenance planning.
We try to notify you via letter at least 14days ahead of your scheduled inspection and send a reminder text 48hrs prior to arrival.
